Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for core SaaS modules.
- Translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and iterate based on user feedback.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring technical debt and feature requests are balanced effectively.
- Communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders through compelling presentations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven history of shipping successful software products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Pendo, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
