Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead discovery research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features and iterative improvements
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success and inform strategic decisions
- Present product strategy and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven innovation
- Represent product voice in cross-functional initiatives including go-to-market planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms, ideally in collaboration or productivity tools
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies, user story mapping, and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience with A/B testing, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and roadmap visualization
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience
