Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for core AI platform features
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs
- Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Partner with engineering to prioritize backlog and ensure technical feasibility
- Analyze product metrics to drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Represent product voice in executive reviews and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior PMs and build high-performing product culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record of launching successful complex products
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical aptitude with API integration and cloud architecture understanding
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience scaling products from Series A to enterprise maturity
