Job Description
Nexus Innovations is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our flagship SaaS platform. In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative features that solve complex user problems and drive business growth in a high-velocity environment.
We foster a culture of autonomy, rapid experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to ship world-class software that impacts thousands of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for our core software suite.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on user value and business impact.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product health and inform future iterations.
- Partner with Product Marketing to launch new features successfully and drive user adoption.
- Mentor junior product team members and promote best practices in product discovery and agile delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, high-scale digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, A/B testing methodologies, and data visualization tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Deep empathy for users and a demonstrated history of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
