Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives and market research
- Lead agile development cycles, prioritizing features using JIRA and A/B testing
- Conduct user interviews and market analysis to identify unmet needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
