Responsibilities
- Define Strategy: Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for our core platform features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to identify opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, drive product growth, and optimize user retention.
- Agile Leadership: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives within a fast-paced Agile environment to ensure efficient delivery.
- Go-to-Market: Work closely with the marketing team to define messaging, positioning, and launch strategies for new features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in the technology or financial services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements for diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
