- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Develop detailed product roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and prioritize features
- Manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor KPIs and adjust product strategy based on performance data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
