Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered SaaS platforms, defining roadmap and prioritizing features
- Conduct market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and validate product hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product vision with precision
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Develop compelling product documentation including PRDs, user stories, and business cases
- Represent product vision to stakeholders and executive leadership through data-driven presentations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience with proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product development lifecycles (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and make strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Experience managing products in AI/ML or data analytics space preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
