NexusFlow Tech is looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our core product ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of design, engineering, and business to build scalable solutions that solve complex user pain points. Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to execute product launches.
- Monitor key product metrics and leverage data to optimize feature performance.
- Manage the entire product life cycle from conceptualization to post-launch analysis.
- Present product updates and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives to improve user acquisition and retention rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical background or strong technical fluency is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
