Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision/roadmap through full lifecycle management
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Champion agile methodologies and foster product innovation culture
- Collaborate with marketing/sales to position products competitively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Expertise in product discovery, GTM strategy, and lifecycle management
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade features
- Exceptional communication skills with executive experience
- Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
