Responsibilities
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company vision and market opportunities
- Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-impact features
- Analyze product performance metrics and A/B test results to drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft GTM strategies and positioning
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Represent product voice in executive stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in user research, data analysis, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture and AI/ML applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
