Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to drive product iterations and measure the success of features.
- Market Research: Conduct deep-dive research into customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, preferably in the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics) and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and driving product innovation.
