Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Own the full product lifecycle from conceptualization through launch and iterative optimization.
- Leverage A/B testing and behavioral data to make data-driven decisions that improve user retention.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating updates and strategy to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping successful, high-scale software products from 0 to 1.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
