Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-impact product releases
- Develop and prioritize product backlog using agile methodologies and data analytics
- Execute go-to-market strategies and measure product success through KPIs and A/B testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate product-market fit
- Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate market opportunities into product strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience conducting user research and interpreting customer behavior data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
