Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy for enterprise fintech platform
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact features
- Develop KPI frameworks and data-driven insights to optimize product performance
- Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Represent product voice in executive stakeholder communications and budget planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with B2B SaaS or fintech products
- Proven track record of launching complex enterprise platforms
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong quantitative skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of UX principles and product design systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
