Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for core platform features based on market insights and user feedback.
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed user stories, PRDs, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science to ship scalable solutions.
- Analyze product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys.
- Lead product launches, coordinating go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive research to maintain our position as a market leader.
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to evolving our internal product development methodology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise B2B software.
- Proven track record of managing a product lifecycle from conception to GA launch.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency in SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of agile development processes and Jira/Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
