Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key platform features.
- Conduct deep user research and data analysis to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science teams to ship high-impact features.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on insights.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex consumer or enterprise-facing software products.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
