In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver world-class SaaS solutions.
You will have the autonomy to define the roadmap, influence executive strategy, and solve complex problems that impact thousands of global users.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship analytics suite.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify untapped growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate business requirements into actionable epics and user stories.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-market optimization.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Present product updates and long-term strategy to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives to increase user retention and platform adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable software products.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product roadmapping software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills, with experience facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles and design-thinking frameworks.
