Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product roadmaps with company-wide goals.
- Lead discovery workshops and user testing to validate concepts before development.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring technical debt is balanced with feature innovation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful products that demonstrate measurable user growth.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate fluently with software engineers.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL, Mixpanel, or similar data tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Linear.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
