Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining roadmap and prioritizing features based on market insights and business objectives
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery of high-quality products
- Develop data-driven product metrics and analytics frameworks to measure success and inform iterations
- Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of user-centric innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or consumer technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience scaling products in high-growth environments
