Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct deep-dive market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing stakeholder requests with technical feasibility.
- Drive data-informed decision making, utilizing analytics to measure success and iterate on features.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate metrics into product improvements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
