Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver high-impact features on time
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications
- Analyze user behavior data and A/B test results to optimize conversion metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with company objectives
- Manage P&L for product line, including pricing strategy and revenue forecasting
- Present product insights to executive stakeholders and Board members
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or consumer tech
- Proven track record launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Business preferred
- Experience scaling products in hyper-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating product strategy execution and user-centered design
