Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science to deliver high-quality releases.
- Own the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market strategy and feature adoption tracking.
- Analyze product performance metrics to iterate on features and maximize business value.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of excellence within the Product team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of taking complex features from concept to successful market launch.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Deep understanding of modern API-first architectural concepts and cloud infrastructure.
