Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap through market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery
- Develop and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on performance data
- Present product updates to executives and investors, aligning stakeholders on strategic direction
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product hypotheses
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a data-driven product culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in user research, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Mixpanel)
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
- BS/BA in relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
