Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact releases.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive product iterations and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities and unmet needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar.
