Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify pain points and translate them into actionable feature specs.
- Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute on high-impact initiatives.
- Define and track core product KPIs to ensure data-backed decision-making.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and MVP through to global scaling.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and market adoption.
- Act as a product evangelist, representing the company to key stakeholders and industry partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of shipping complex features and measuring their success through data.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate fluently with engineering teams.
- Exceptional analytical skillsāproficient in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong narrative skills; able to communicate complex product strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- User-centric mindset with a deep focus on design thinking and accessibility.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.
