Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise SaaS solutions
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product success and user engagement
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning)
- Present product updates to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
- Expertise in agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
