In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to solve complex customer problems at scale. You won't just manage features; you will define the strategy that drives market disruption.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate user needs into intuitive, high-impact product features.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Define success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
- Mentor junior product managers to foster a culture of excellence and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Proven track record of managing products from 0 to 1 and scaling successful features.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous product launches and impact metrics.
