Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our flagship SaaS platform.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-quality features.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable PRDs and user stories.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Analyze product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and A/B testing.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating updates and vision to stakeholders and executives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
- Deep analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Strong technical background with an ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
