Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, from conceptualization to launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets using industry-standard tools.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and design improvements.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with design systems (e.g., Atlassian Design System, Shopify Polaris).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
