Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch for key product features.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to translate designs into high-fidelity code.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proven expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and a deep understanding of visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle) is a plus.
