Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle from conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system for consistency and scalability.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear, data-driven rationales.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in mobile and web applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative studio setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
