- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with compelling rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C product design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management
