Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity handoff.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on data-driven design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design critiques to elevate team output.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related creative field.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex product design, visual hierarchy, and strategic thinking.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Protopie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
