Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Create cohesive design systems that scale across multiple platforms and products.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders and uncover user needs.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a culture of constructive critique and continuous learning.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless hand-off and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles in every product roadmap decision.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A stellar portfolio showcasing complex product design work and design systems.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React).
- Proven ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in data-driven design and translating user feedback into actionable features.
- A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
