Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and end-to-end product development from concept to implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems in Figma
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and client partners
- Drive accessibility and inclusive design initiatives across all products
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional product design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Experience leading design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
