Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final implementation
- Develop pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on design solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
