Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for key product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to the wider design team.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between design and engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design (SaaS or E-commerce preferred).
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design and UX skills.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
