Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design systems
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop design documentation and brand guidelines
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Ability to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions
- Experience mentoring design teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
