Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for complex product features, from initial concept to final launch.
- Architect and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and drive data-informed design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate wireframes and requirements into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
- Present design strategies and prototypes to executive stakeholders, securing buy-in and alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, with a strong, case-study-heavy portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user metrics and feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
