Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure visual consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and creativity within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Graphic Design.
- Proven expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of successful digital projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
