Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
- Lead the creative direction for multi-platform digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters and developers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain high design standards by mentoring junior staff and enforcing quality control.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into the agency workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or UI/UX design is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
