Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, usability testing, and persona development, to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business goals into actionable design specifications.
• Maintain and expand our Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all product touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and strategic rationale to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing complex product problems.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of prototyping workflows (Principle, Adobe XD).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and sprint cycles.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
