Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design processes from research to final implementation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups in Figma
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design for digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
