Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and design of complex user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques to elevate the team's output.
- Drive the aesthetic and functional strategy for flagship client products.
- Iterate based on data analytics, user feedback, and technical feasibility constraints.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related creative field.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of interaction design and visual hierarchy.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer.
- Strong grasp of design systems, documentation, and hand-off processes for development.
- Proven ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion design or front-end prototyping is a significant plus.
