Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant, intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of constructive design critique.
- Present and advocate for design decisions to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design skills and user-centric problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern web/mobile patterns.
- Proven ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
