Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and final hand-off.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and actively participate in design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform design strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating exceptional UI/UX skills and a user-centered approach.
- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.
