Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and hand-off.
- Develop and maintain our comprehensive Design System to ensure scalability, consistency, and efficiency across all platforms.
- Conduct user testing and usability analysis to validate design decisions and iterate on product features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to keep our products competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design within a digital agency or tech company.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design prototyping tools.
- A strong, online portfolio showcasing complex design problems and successful product launches.
- Experience with Design Systems (e.g., Storybook, Style Dictionary) and component libraries.
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
