Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to join our world-class design team at Apex Digital Solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the digital experiences that our global customers love. If you have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and elegant, human-centered design solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver products that not only look stunning but also drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final launch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and stakeholders) to translate business goals into design strategies.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Advocate for the user voice within the organization, ensuring that customer needs remain the central focus of product development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- A deep understanding of design principles, user interface patterns, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design iterations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
