Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of end-to-end product design projects.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define feature requirements and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain a robust, scalable design system that ensures consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate vision and interaction flows to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and participate in rigorous design critiques to elevate team output.
- Drive the visual language and aesthetic identity of high-impact digital products.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a similar creative role.
- A powerful portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user experience and visual craft.
- Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie.
- Strong understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/React basics).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple project lifecycles.
